Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum depending on experience

Are you a National Account Manager with experience in the food industry looking for the challenge of taking a mission driven organisation to its next level of success?

Ornua is actively seeking a National Account Manager to join our Sales/ Commercial team as we continue our growth trajectory. The National Account Manager will play a key role in the day to day running of key UK Foodservice customer accounts.  You will have responsibility for customer strategy, customer budget, business development and all customer interface activity and account management. This is a key role reporting to the Head of UK Sales.

Why This Role Is Valuable:

The National Account Manager is responsible for leading on;

 

  • Input into customer channel strategy and execution of agreed strategy
  • Delivery of Foodservice and Partner QSR Customer budgets
  • Deliver new business in line with business expectations within the Foodservice channel
  • To lead, manage, coach and develop team members
  • Work closely with colleagues across all departments and functions to meet our customers needs
  • To undertake any associated duties that may occasionally arise.
  • To be aware of and adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures

 

What You Bring to the Role:

 

  • Extensive experience in commercial roles within UK Ingredients ideally Foodservice
  • Strong negotiator and communicator, relationship builder and networker
  • Commercially aware with experience of managing and delivering budgets
  •  Ability to work as a team member, whilst also showing ability to work on own initiative and be proactive in providing solutions
  • Be alert to changing situations, showing flexibility in approach and ways of working
  • Strong organisation skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Full Driving License
