Contributes to the Human Resources Team responding to and resolving HR queries from employees, managers and HR colleagues alike.

 

What You Bring To The Role:

 

  • Provide advice, guidance and support to managers and employees on people related issues, ensuring the effective and speedy resolution of queries.
  • Lead recruitment by advising line managers on the requisitions process for all vacancies, managing the requisitions process and attending interviews as required.
  • Lead on key engagement, wellbeing and diversity activities for business.   
  • Identify and keep abreast of all relevant employment legislation and codes of practice, ensuring company policies and procedures are compliant and in line with best practice.
  • Be the first point of contact to managers on employee relations matter by coaching and advising them on same. 
  • Monitor and manage absenteeism levels in conjunction with line managers. 
  • Support with the annual performance management and objectives setting processes.
  • Liaise with Central HR Team on all employee life cycle processes.
  • Support with Talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of HR processes and communications.
  • Collaborates with HR in other sites to share knowledge and best practice.

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • 5 years HR experience.
  • A HR qualification or CIPD accreditation would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Irish employment law.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Takes ownership, shows initiative and shares new ideas.
  • Collaborative approach
