Salary:             Generous salary available depending on experience

Hours:            36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Ornua is actively seeking a RGM Controller to join our Commercial department as we continue our growth trajectory.

As our RGM Controller you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through best-in-class pricing & promotional strategy & execution, implementing Channel Pack Price Architecture across branded & private label portfolio & commercial investment optimisation.

This role acts as the commercial engine behind revenue & margin delivery, combining deep data analytics with strategic thinking to consistently deliver the Triple Win across the business.

Working cross-functionally, with Customer & Category Controllers, Marketing, Commercial Finance & Supply Chain/Operations, you will embed a disciplined RGM Framework across the organisation to drive sustainable profitable growth.

Why This Role Is Valuable:

As our RGM Controller you will;

 

  • Develop & lead RGM strategy across Ornua Branded & Private Label portfolios for UK & Europe region
  • Create & maintain pricing frameworks & guardrails across the portfolio alongside Marketing, Category, Customer & Finance teams
  • Ensure Brand pricing & promotional strategies align with brand & business objectives, category roles & retailer strategies
  • Monitor price positioning & indexing versus competition & recommend corrective action where required alongside Marketing, Category, Finance & Customer Teams
  • Influence marketing, category & customer teams to ensure the optimal Channel pack price architecture are being developed across the portfolio to unlock the opportunities identified in the Channel & Category strategy. 
  • Ensure new product launches are supported by robust commercial and RGM strategies & in line with broader Portfolio & Brand Pricing Strategy.
  • Drive framework on Customer Investment development and execution, including the improvement of JBP process and evaluation in partnership with Sales & Commercial Finance Teams.
  • Deliver enhanced ROI on promotional investment through implementation of a systematic promotion evaluation process   
  • Play a key role alongside Marketing, Category, Customer & ICT shaping the needs of the Ornua Foods UK team & development of tools to drive data driven RGM decisions across Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive & Prescriptive platforms (internal & external).
  • Build enterprise wide RGM Capability in line with RGM maturity mapping plan alongside Global RGM Team

 

 

What You Bring To The Role:

 

  • Extensive Commercial leadership experience in a FMCG business with demonstrable experience in RGM specific roles at senior levels
  • Team leadership experience and capability across a large/multi-functional/multi-site/matrix team environment
  • Growth Mindset with proven resilience
  • Proven track record of building strong commercial relationships with key customers/strategic partners
  • Highly analytical and forensic in the management of data interpretation and reporting
  • Collaborative, Agile and Transformative approach
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience
