Ornua is actively seeking a Finished Goods Clerk to join the Ornua Family as we continue our growth trajectory. As a Finished Goods Clerk you will help ensure Finished Goods inventory accuracy across all product types in a professional manner, which includes computer system knowledge, data entry, assisting in coordinating cycle and yearend inventory counts. This role will support the Warehouse Supervisor in a professional manner. Your contributions will strengthen our operations, support our culture of continuous improvement, and help Ornua deliver high-quality products enjoyed by consumers around the world. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Perform monthly finished goods inventory verifications with inventory clerk.
  • Perform daily cycle counting on finished goods. 
  • Fill customer orders according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Use manual pallet jack and forklift as needed.
  • Provide support for employees and customer inquiries on inventory.
  • Update daily reports of inventory for use by management.
  • Manages shipments and associate inventories between Ornua and outside warehouses.
  • Supports customer service/logistics, special projects as requested.
  • Comply with all regulatory agencies, HACCP, GMP, and other industry requirements.
  • Ensure that products processed for shipping are delegated to correct courier.
  • Arranging finished products using LIFO or FIFO methodology.
  • Moving short-dated finished product into inactive inventory.
  • Documenting daily inactive inventory.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed.
  • Assist in other areas as needed and perform any other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Experience with WMS and/or ERP systems preferred
  • 2+ years working experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
  • Forklift experience and familiarity with cheese/ingredient inventory preferred; candidates without prior forklift experience will be trained/certified
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and traceability standards
  • Fluency in English required
