At our Wisconsin facility, Ornua Ingredients North America, we custom formulate and manufacture a complete line of pasteurized processed cheese products and have some of the most advanced dairy processing equipment in the US dairy sector, including a state-of-the-art Innovation Centre. 

 

Role Overview: The Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the Vice President of Sales and related sales team in all supporting sales and marketing functions in the USA region for Ornua Ingredients North America.  

 

Reports to:  Vice President, Sales
 

Location: Hilbert, WI (part work from home optional)

 

Responsibilities:  
•    Manage and update all aspects of the Ornua Ingredients NA website in conjunction with Dublin, Ireland office.
•    Design, maintain, and update all product promotional flyers for content and style.
•    Organize and plan all aspects of company-approved trade shows, including, but limited to booth design, logistics, and set-up.
•    Attend industry trade shows to meet customers and support sales team on leads.
•    Work jointly with R&D Group to organize and publish the quarterly new products flyer. 
•    Maintain inventory and update all supporting Ornua collateral materials for use with key accounts, at trade shows, etc.
•    Liaise with Dublin ICT team and VP of Sales to maintain and update Salesforce sales management software as needed.
•    Become the point person for all Salesforce training within Ornua Ingredients NA with alignment to Dublin ICT.
•    Update company presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint regularly with new technical & design content as needed.
•    Organize all supporting materials and samples for each trade show attended by sales team.
•    Support the planning and organization of quarterly sales meetings and related sales training.
•    Reinforce existing go-to-market strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of Ornua products & people
•    Generate and organize sales volume and margin data for quarterly reporting to sales team
•    Creatively support sales team members in ideation sessions for major customers.
•    Builds collaborative relationships within the Ornua peer group.
•    Represent Ornua Ingredients in a polite, professional manner at all times.

 

Minimum Requirements:
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
•    Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in a technical or business discipline (or on track for a degree) 
•    Work as a member of a team.
•    Minimum of 3 years in a sales, marketing, or sales support experience role.
•    Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
•    Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Salesforce
•    Excellent people relationship skills.
•    Proven project and time management skills
•    Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and customers
•    High attention to detail.
•    Strong communication skills with ability to effectively present ideas and concepts internally and externally.
