Ornua is actively seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to join the Ornua Family as we continue our growth trajectory. This position will play a key role in collaborating closely with brand, brand communications/marketing, agency, and other cross-functional partners to foster fandom, drive meaningful engagement, and contribute to brand growth. This is an ideal role for someone who is entrepreneurial, culturally plugged-in, and passionate about building brands through social storytelling.

You will localize global campaigns, build US-specific social strategy and execution, manage content creation, and cultivate community engagement. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Desired Qualifications
- 5–6 years of social media management and digital content experience.
- Proven track record of building and managing social communities within established guardrails.
- Experience creating and overseeing low-fi social content.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into platform-appropriate execution.
- Experience in FMCG/CPG or agency environments with scaled content programs.
- Strong cultural awareness and deep familiarity with major and emerging content platforms.
- Digital-first creative intuition and excellent writing skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own output across social platforms. (Meta properties, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest presently – this will change and evolve as consumers do/strategy requires).
- Editorialize the brand daily through the lens of popular culture and brand purpose to spot, sell and realize opportunities to lead or participate in reactive and trending conversations.
- Identify and build relationships with brand fans and paid influencers and ensure their content is on brand/appropriate.
- Own overall social content development for Kerrygold US E2E, from planning to scheduling, budget management, and develop of social content with Global social agency.
- Responsible for content calendar creation for US that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods and channels will work for each sub-section of the target audience.
- Respond to consumer queries through inbound channels like social media, website question desk, and calls daily.
- Work with social tech stack, listening/analysis/reporting tools and/or native platforms.
- Report on social metrics including owned platforms, as well as influencer content.
- Manage relationship with social agency for US, setting challenging KPI’s and holding them accountable.
- Support the broader work of the Brand Communications/Marketing pillar of which you are a part of – bringing relevant inputs to help build and develop the overall communication and activation strategy.

PAY RANGE: $104,500 - $127,500
This range represents the overall market pay rate for candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and experience requirements for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and performance.
