Ornua is actively seeking a Marketing Assistant to join the Ornua Family as we continue our growth trajectory. This position will support the marketing team across a variety of consumer and trade marketing responsibilities, including sales material development, customer marketing requests, sponsorships, partnerships, events, digital activations, and day-to-day brand support.

As our Marketing Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that help drive awareness, engagement, and growth for the Kerrygold brand. Your work will help ensure that projects, materials, and activations are delivered efficiently and effectively across multiple marketing channels and customer touchpoints. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities 

Marketing Team Support 

  • Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team across brand, customer marketing, eCommerce, sponsorship, partnership, and event initiatives. 

  • Help coordinate project timelines, meeting agendas, recaps, follow-ups, and internal communications to keep work moving forward. 

  • Support the development, organization, and distribution of marketing materials, assets, and updates for internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Assist with tracking budgets, invoices, purchase orders, samples, and other administrative needs as required. 

  

Sales Materials & Customer Marketing Requests 

  • Partner with the sales team to develop, update, and manage customer-facing materials, sell sheets, presentations, product information, and promotional support assets. 

  • Manage incoming customer marketing requests, ensuring clear intake, prioritization, follow-up, and delivery against timelines. 

  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, creative, and agency partners to ensure materials are accurate, on-brand, and aligned to business priorities. 

  • Maintain organized files and trackers for customer materials, requested assets, approvals, and final deliverables. 

  

Agency, Vendor & Administrative Coordination 

  • Support coordination with internal, agency and vendor partners, including meeting scheduling, note-taking, asset routing, status tracking, and follow-up. 

  • Help prepare briefs, project inputs, background materials, and recap documents for marketing initiatives. 

  • Assist with routing materials for internal review and approval, ensuring feedback is captured and shared clearly. 

  • Maintain organized documentation, project trackers, and shared resources to support team efficiency. 

  

Sponsorship, Partnership & Event Support 

  • Support planning and execution for sponsorships, partnerships, and events, including timelines, logistics, materials, product needs, and partner communications. 

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. 

  • Assist with event preparation, on-site or virtual support, post-event recaps, and follow-up materials as needed. 

  • Maintain trackers for sponsorship and partnership commitments, deadlines, assets, and performance recaps. 

  

Brand, Digital & Content Support 

  • Assist with brand, digital, social, and eCommerce projects by gathering inputs, coordinating assets, and supporting content updates. 

  • Help ensure marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity. 

  • Support sample requests, product information needs, image libraries, and asset organization for internal and external use. 

  • Monitor project details and deadlines to help ensure high-quality execution across marketing touchpoints.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, customer marketing, sales support, events, communications, or related field. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, requests, and deadlines. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. 

  • Ability to organize information, maintain trackers, and manage project details effectively. 

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. 

  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to support a variety of business needs. 

 

Desired Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 

  • Experience supporting sales materials, customer presentations, or customer marketing initiatives. 

  • Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, partnerships, or promotional activations. 

  • Experience working with external agencies, vendors, or creative partners. 

  • Exposure to digital marketing, eCommerce, content management, or brand activation activities. 

  • Experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), food, beverage, or retail industries preferred.

PAY RANGE: $79,750 - $97,250 

This range represents the overall market pay rate for candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and experience requirements for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and performance.
