KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end order processing.
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Maintain OTIF and customer scorecards.
- Participate in account meetings.
- Oversee deductions and OS&D processes.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–3 years customer service experience.
- ERP experience (Infor/M3 ideal).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in multinational environments.
- ERP or data tool proficiency.

PAY RANGE: $49,500 - $60,500
This range represents the overall market pay rate for candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and experience requirements for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and performance.
