About the Role

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to the President and local Executive team.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • General calendar management for the President and members of the local OFNA Executive Team.
  • Schedule local Executive Team meetings as required.
  • Take detailed notes/minutes at weekly/quarterly Executive Team meetings.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports for the President and the local OFNA Executive Team
  • Scheduling travel (flights and hotels) for the President and Executive team as required.
  • Liaising with external partners/vendors as required.
  • Work closely with the Office Manager as required.

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
