As a People Services Advisor, you will be responsible for resolving HR queries from employees, managers and HR colleagues alike. You'll collaborate closely with diverse teams, leveraging your expertise to provide guidance on policies and procedures, and champion initiatives that prioritise inclusivity, diversity, and employee empowerment. 

 

What You Bring To The Role:

 

  • 2+ years previous experience in administration or shared services (preferably HR)

  • SAP Success Factors experience is an advantage.

  • Excellent customer service, time management and communication skills 

  • High personal integrity required in handling confidential information.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Highly proficient and competent user in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.

  • 3rd level qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Flexible team player, with a passion and drive for HR and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
