Why This Role Is Valuable:

The Head of ESG Programme Management will report to the Group Director of Sustainability, working closely with Ornua’s ESG reporting team and operational and functional sustainability leads globally. You will lead a team of two direct reports and drive ESG performance for Ornua across our global locations.

You will lead Ornua’s operations environmental programme to deliver business commitments including the areas of manufacturing (Scope 1 & 2) emissions, sustainable packaging, water, food waste and the circular economy as well as leading Ornua’s responsible supply chain programme to deliver structured engagement with suppliers on topics including climate change (Scope 3 emissions), animal welfare, deforestation and human rights.

What You Bring To The Role:

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability programme delivery or similar role.
• A graduate or post graduate qualification in sustainability or a related field.
• Good understanding of food manufacturing operations and supply chains.
• Ability to work cross functionally and drive organisational change.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks including CSRD and science-based targets.
