As the End User Computing (EUC) Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and enhancement of end-user IT services across a global user base. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, secure, and well-supported computing environments, enabling employees to work productively with minimal disruption.
You will lead a lean team of three support analysts, taking ownership of device management, Microsoft 365 services, patching, and user experience improvements. Working closely with Infrastructure, Service Delivery, and Security teams, you will help maintain operational efficiency and compliance across all endpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Service Support

Lead a team of EUC analysts to ensure timely delivery of both BAU support and project-based activities.

Act as a senior technical resource, guiding the team in diagnosing and resolving complex issues, and mentoring junior staff.

Collaborate with other Infrastructure and IT Team Leads to support global business needs and align on cross-functional initiatives.

Own and manage incidents, changes, problems, and service requests within the ITIL-aligned service management framework.

Participate in the Infrastructure on-call roster and manage major incident resolution (P1) when required.
Microsoft 365 Management
-
Oversee the administration of a 3,000-user Microsoft 365 tenant, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, EntraConnect Sync with On-Premise AD and Intune.

Manage global M365 licensing, ensuring efficient allocation and compliance.

Monitor and control tenant-level permissions and access across all services.

Ensure availability and performance of key collaboration tools and telephony services through M365.

Maintain data compliance and retention policies within the M365 tenant, in alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

Provide Level 3 support and specialised technical knowledge for M365 applications and integrations.
Infrastructure & Project Delivery

Lead or act as a key contributor in complex infrastructure projects, such as MS Team Rooms, Active Directory user and device migrations, on-premises data to SharePoint migrations, SharePoint Data Archiving, and other transformation initiatives.

Maintain and troubleshoot Azure AD Connect (Entra Connect) to ensure directory sync consistency and availability.

Assist in the identification of opportunities for improvement in systems, processes, and end-user experience.
Key Skills & Requirements:
-
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Proven experience leading or managing a small technical team, including task delegation, performance support, and escalation management within an end-user or infrastructure support environment. People Leadership Certification is beneficial.

Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 products and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, Microsoft Online Services (MSOL), and Entra ID.

Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 compliance and retention policies, with hands-on experience configuring and managing information governance frameworks.

Comprehensive knowledge of Entra Identity and Entra Connect Sync, ensuring secure and consistent user identity and directory synchronisation between on-premises and cloud environments.

Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems and on-premises Active Directory infrastructure, including Domain Controllers, Group Policy, and authentication services.

Scripting skills using PowerShell, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 PowerShell modules and Microsoft Graph for automation, reporting, and tenant management.

Awareness of infrastructure components that support EUC operations, such as DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory, and their impact on user experience and endpoint reliability.

Ability to bridge technical and operational requirements, ensuring service stability, license compliance, and alignment with business and security policies.

Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into operational plans, team guidance, and user-facing materials.

Certifications:

Having a Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification is beneficial.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate is beneficial.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate is beneficial.

ITIL Foundation certification is beneficial.
