If so, Ornua is actively seeking a Global Director of Talent Acquisition to oversee the delivery of the talent acquisition strategy which enhances our ability to attract and retain the right talent for our business. They will play a key role as a member of the Talent and HR teams, bringing challenge and external expertise to our TA process and practices.

Bringing though leadership and talent acquisition expertise, this is a great opportunity for someone to lead a high performing global TA team with members based in Ireland, UK and the US a s well as lead on hiring and headhunting for senior levels roles globally.


What You Bring To The Role:

  • A strong People Leader who places value on team performance, engagement, and development, with progressive TA experience, ideally in the FMCG and/or manufacturing industry, with previous experience in Executive or Professional Search/Headhunting.
  • Expertise in the areas of strategic workforce planning, employer brand/EVP development, use of social media and other platforms to build strong talent pipelines and expertise in ATS systems (knowledge of Success Factors desirable, but not essential).
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR colleagues and strong analytical and organisation skills to support the tracking of relevant TA metrics and performance measures.
  • Flexibility to travel to our UK and US locations. Sponsorship not available.
