Ornua is a leading dairy co-operative which sells premium dairy products globally on behalf of its Member Co-operatives, Ireland’s dairy processors and, in turn, Irish dairy farmers.
Ornua has revenues of €3.4 billion and is supported by a global team of approximately 2,800 employees. The Group operates as a commercial organisation across 10 business units, including 12 production facilities located in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa.
The commercial organisation is responsible for the marketing and sales of Ornua’s consumer brands including Ireland’s most successful food export: Kerrygold. Consumer markets are served by production facilities in Ireland, Germany and the UK and by in-market Sales & Marketing Teams in Asia, Germany, Ireland, MEA, Poland, Spain, rest of Europe and North and Latin America.
It also manages the procurement of Irish and non-Irish dairy products, the sale of dairy ingredients to food manufacturing and foodservice customers globally, and the implementation of de-risking and trading strategies to manage market volatility. These activities are supported by production facilities and in-market teams in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa.
The Role
As part of the Digital & Applications team, the Digital Enablement Specialist plays a key role in designing and delivering intelligent digital solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. By building scalable low‑code applications, automations, and AI‑driven copilots, this role helps modernise business processes, enhance user experiences, and drive operational efficiency by reducing manual effort and accelerating innovation across the organisation.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify solutions and transform them into scalable solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio (declarative and custom agents).
Integrate Copilot-based agents with CRM, ERP, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and other business applications.
Provide ongoing support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
Maintain, manage, drive adoption, and deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions, enabling intelligent, AI‑driven productivity through effective prompt design, Copilot extensibility, and seamless integration across Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise data sources.
Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform & Copilot Studio ecosystem.
Mentor internal teams on LLM prompting, Copilot Studio best practices, AI governance, and secure AI solution design.
Stay up to date with new features and capabilities within the Power Platform and recommend improvements.
Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience designing and delivering solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
Proven experience developing and extending Copilot Studio solutions, including building conversational experiences, integrating enterprise data, and triggering automated workflows.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with experience integrating Copilot and Power Platform solutions into tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Dataverse.
Proficiency in low‑code/no‑code development, with the ability to incorporate traditional development techniques (e.g. JavaScript, PowerShell, REST APIs) where required.
