Ornua is actively seeking a Supply Engineer to join our Supply Chain department as we continue our growth trajectory.
As our Supply Engineer you will play a key role in ensuring that all incoming components and finished products are planned and available at the right time and cost to meet Ornua Ingredients’ production requirements. It supports efficient manufacturing operations, enables accurate supply chain planning, and strengthens cross-functional collaboration by progressively developing expertise in MRP, capacity analysis, and the Sales & Operations Planning process.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
As our Supply Engineer you will;
- Become an expert in the existing MRP system and support training for the Planning team and related functions.
- Prepare the weekly production schedule in collaboration with the team to ensure operations meet shipping dates and to maximize production efficiency.
- Participate actively in Lean Planning initiatives.
- Work closely with the Production team to analyse plant capacity and understand required actions to coordinate the 12‑month Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- In addition to the listed responsibilities, the employee may be required to perform any tasks related to their job category as instructed by their supervisor, including cleaning the equipment used and, in case of emergency, other necessary duties, always respecting their dignity.
What You Bring To The Role:
- Degree in Engineering, ideally in Supply Chain or Industrial Organisation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or M3 is valued.
- Good level of English; minimum FCE.
- Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in logistics or industrial engineering, ideally within a food manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and build strong working relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at various levels.
