Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)


On an Ad Interim base or with a temporary contract


Main tasks

  • Overall responsibility for the local HR function, leading the area on an operational level and giving guidance on strategic direction
  • Play a crucial role in the local Management Team and be a Sparring Partner for the Peers in terms of people topics
  • Adapt and ensure local implementation of group wide activities and initiatives, being the interface to the HeadQuarter in Dublin
  • Manage, develop and ensure relevant HR topics, such as:
    • Up to date recruiting
    • People Development and Succession Planning
    • Administration of payroll
    • Employee lifecycle management
    • Business Partnering with people leaders
  • Maintain close relationship with the works council
  • Support and manage legal topics on demand



  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar
  • Relevant experience in similar position including experience in managing a diverse team
  • Focus on change management and experience with organisational transformation
  • Proven track record of constructive working together with a works council, ideally basic tariff knowledge
  • Business focus and results driven personality
  • Used to work in a fast paced environment working with matrix organisations in an international context
  •  Enjoying ambiguity and dealing with continuous change
  • Fluent in English and German
